Targaryen 09-09-2017 12:03 PM

Just tried to mark all forums as read and got a message.

I cleared all my cookies and still received the same message. :(

Lando 09-09-2017 12:04 PM

Kieran we are aware the link doesn't work on the phone. We shall fix it shortly :)

Targaryen 09-09-2017 12:06 PM

Oh amazing stuff, thanks for letting me know Vicky. Thought I was going nuts earlier.

Cheryl Blossom 16-09-2017 07:02 PM

On the La La Land scheme, the background for the fixed navbar at the top becomes transparent when you scroll down so it's really hard to read the links. On the other schemes it stays solid. Halp?

Lando 16-09-2017 07:03 PM

Thanks for letting us know, we will fix that ;)

Thank you for reminding me to fix that! It should be probably coloured now. :p

Cheryl Blossom 16-09-2017 07:15 PM

Perfect now! Thanks ladies!

Neverland 18-09-2017 08:38 PM

I just discovered that there are too smilies with the same exact code,

I've been trying to use one but even clicking it from the full list brings up the other. I know it's a small thing, but can this be fixed?

Lando 18-09-2017 08:40 PM

Shadow lemme go investigate. Which smilie is it?

Neverland 18-09-2017 08:44 PM

^ There are two smilies with this exact code, and a third with a capital C, but that one works just fine.

Lando 18-09-2017 08:52 PM

Okay there should now be cry Cry and cries

Neverland 18-09-2017 08:54 PM

Works now! Thank you!

Cheryl Blossom 18-09-2017 10:01 PM

On the quick reply in the new scheme style, there are the little gray lines in the bottom right corner that show up when you can expand the textbox but it doesn't work. I can expand the box on the regular reply page but not on quick reply. Is this just a coding thing in the style that it won't work anymore?

Lando 18-09-2017 10:08 PM

Vicki I'm not even sure which grey lines you mean!

Cheryl Blossom 19-09-2017 12:30 AM

Maybe it's just a thing in my browser? I'm using Chrome. This is what I mean. Usually if you drag that corner down, the reply box expands.

Jesse Boone 19-09-2017 05:47 AM

It doesn't work for me either, I'm on Chrome as well.

Imzadi 19-09-2017 10:52 AM

Actually, it works, but on the quickreply and quickthread is can only be made smaller at this point. I'll log it as something look into.

Kingdom Hearts 20-09-2017 06:28 AM

I'm trying to mark the forums as read and its telling me:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

I'm on my phone. Not sure if this makes a difference?

Lando 20-09-2017 06:28 AM

Yeah it's just a phone thing. I keep meaning to look into it!

I've just tried using the 'mark forum read' on my laptop on Chrome and it's not worked. I've gotten the same message as Becky.

Norris 22-09-2017 07:36 PM

I'm not sure why it's doing that in Chrome, I've just tried it and it worked here for me. We'll log it as something to be looked at. :) Thank you, Lindsey.

bloopity 26-09-2017 02:36 PM

I tried uploading this gif http://i65.tinypic.com/ohs0ab.gif and it's at 300x200 but it's still saying that it's too big. I don't know how else to fix it?

Lando 26-09-2017 02:38 PM

Hi Alex, it has to be 300 wide and 200 in height :)

bloopity 26-09-2017 04:04 PM

Lawd I'm a fool hahaha. Thanks!

Lando 26-09-2017 05:45 PM

That’s okay! Easy mistake :)

Lando 07-10-2017 11:57 AM

The mark forums read button now works on mobile devices :D

Meraviglioso 10-10-2017 12:50 PM

Am I missing something? I can see the announcement for the new RPG, and I can find it in the RPG directory (and submit a biography) but I can't see the game and if I follow the link in the announcement, it says I don't have permission to access the page

Norris 10-10-2017 12:55 PM

Oh dear... Vicky’s going to have a look into that right now.

Meraviglioso 10-10-2017 12:56 PM

Thank you ^_^

Norris 10-10-2017 12:58 PM

It should be there now. Not sure what happened there! Sorry, Bonnie.

Meraviglioso 10-10-2017 01:00 PM

No worries! I see it now :D Thanks!

Obi-Wan Kenobi 30-10-2017 06:33 PM

I submitted a character earlier that was later approved, but when I go to upload an image for him, his name isn't available for selection on the drop-down menu?

Lando 30-10-2017 06:47 PM

I shall check this, sometimes when we update the names it resets photo numbers

ETA: As I suspected! Fixed now

Obi-Wan Kenobi 30-10-2017 07:09 PM

Thanks for the help, Vicky!

Meraviglioso 11-11-2017 12:25 PM

I was just wondering, does the 'automatically detect DST settings' option work? I had it set to that, but I noticed the board was still an hour ahead for me. Does that mean we have to manually change it from on/off?

Midnight Hands 11-11-2017 12:29 PM

It should automatically detect, but we shall look into it and get back to you, Bonnie! Thanks for pointing it out.

Lando 11-11-2017 12:38 PM

Hey guys, this was something I noticed myself when we went out of daylight savings last month. I have turned this option off manually but I think for everyone despite it saying it should automatically update it isn't so yes you'll have to edit this manually via your CP. Sorry about the inconvenience!

Meraviglioso 11-11-2017 12:39 PM

No worries. I did change it through my CP, but I just thought I'd ask in case it was something that could be fixed :)

Neverland 13-11-2017 01:13 AM

I don't seem to have access to the new schemes? :(

Natalie Scatorccio 13-11-2017 01:32 AM
