I am unable to upload RPG images. This is what I see on my phone, and it's what I also see on my laptop (am using Chrome and even looked via Microsoft Edge and it looks the same).

Just uploading in general. I go to RPG, go to "manage your characters" and then go to the very bottom to the "upload new image" link and that is what I get.

You're right. I'm getting that too. It's not even a scheme issue because it's doing it in computer and mobile mode, in every scheme I've checked.

So much of the time, when I type a post and hit 'post reply' it tells me it's a duplicate of a post and it'll redirect me to the thread. I know it's not because I literally only just typed said post up, but the message appears however carefully I tap the button.

It doesn't really affect my board experience cause I can still type posts and respond to threads, but thought I'd mention it incase anyone else also found the same thing when they replied to a thread. It's not everytime, just some times.

Does the post still post?

Yes. Hence why it's not pressing and not really a problem since it does post, just thought I'd mention it cause it's not everytime, but has happened at least ten times I can think of.

I think the buttons on our scheme are super sensitive. Is this on your laptop or phone?

Laptop. It just did it with a PM (told me I had to wait 60 seconds to send another message) so maybe I'm pressing on 'send' before I've realised I'm doing it.

I can't upload a picture for my new character Julien Dumont in AD. He doesn't show up in the options for "select character". Could that be fixed somehow? He has been approved and is listed as active. :)

ETA: Come to think of it, it's not just Julien. Several of my characters don't show up among the options.

Julien shows up now! :) But I have 18 characters and only 10 show up on the list. Strange since they were all there before!

Sandra could you possibly PM me a list of the characters? Sounds like their set to 0 rather than 5 for some reason.

They all have 1 image uploaded now, so there should be four spaces left. But yeah, I'll PM you shortly!

I've just gone into my user CP and tried to change the scheme, but there doesn't seem to be the box in the options page to change it....? Unless I've missed it.

Okay no worries, just wasn't sure if it was me.

When I try to log in on my phone, I can fill in my user name and password, but the moment I tap to enter, I get a connection reset error. My internet works perfectly, and it doesn't matter whether I put in the right or wrong password. Other sites where I have to log in work without problem. Any thoughts?

Daphne I’ve just tried it myself and have had no issues. Do you have any screen shots I can look at all or the link to the connect reset error?

I'll see if I can get a screenshot for you tomorrow. But after some googling, it looks like it might be a browser problem, so then I should be able to fix it myself. I'll look into it tomorrow and let you know!

Solved it! Apparently it was a Chrome app issue. I downloaded Firefox and it works fine there :D

I’m logged into my account on my phone which is all good. I can’t remember my password for my account to get on my laptop which has been fixed. Is it possible for someone to reset it and give me a temp password so I can log on my computer?

I divided my PM box into folders, but I can't seem to access any of the folders, other than inbox, on my phone. Is there any way to see them?

There should be three buttons at the bottom - send new, tracking, folders - if you click on tracking you should be able to access the other folders.

I'm not positive that this is NOT a user error, but I haven't been able to get the option to automatically detect DST to work for me. It's constantly off by an hour.

Go turn it to off and then back on to automatic

Ever since the security updates, the font of the board has changed and I have to click to "load unsafe scripts" in Chrome which then makes the boards not secure and invalidates the https. I'm not sure if this is an issue anyone else is having? it's happening to both me and Sandra (we have PCs).
