I tried uploading this gif http://i65.tinypic.com/ohs0ab.gif and it's at 300x200 but it's still saying that it's too big. I don't know how else to fix it?

Am I missing something? I can see the announcement for the new RPG, and I can find it in the RPG directory (and submit a biography) but I can't see the game and if I follow the link in the announcement, it says I don't have permission to access the page :confused:
