Sandra the alias is the way we can identify the character in the hack. If you wish for first and last names to display for your characters you may edit your character alias to have the first and last name and we will then approve the edits

Actually players need to request that to be edited. There's a dropdown in your bio to do this when you click on "Details" through your biography page. Give it a shot.

If you go to the bio page of your character, scroll to the bottom where it says edit. Then on the right hand side there should be a little click box that looks like
If you select alias you can then request an edit
